LOCATION:  Ericson Alumni Center is located at 1 Alumni Dr, Morgantown, WV 26505, a few blocks from Ruby Memorial Hospital and the Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center of West Virginia University.

HOTEL:  A room block is available through 10 Oct; and rooms may be reserved online at a rate of

$109/night at the Holiday Inn University Area (group code SCA) or by calling 304.241.6649. The hotel is located ~one mile from the Alumni Center. Ample free parking will be available at the meeting site, and I would encourage driving rather than walking from the hotel.
