APPLICATION: Spring Meeting 2026 Travel Grant

TRAVEL GRANT APPLICATION FOR SCACM SPRING MEETING April 14-16, 2026

Want to attend your SCACM Spring 2026 meeting, but your organization may not reimburse you for your expenses? Then submit this application for an opportunity to be awarded UP TO $1,000 travel grant for SCACM to help pay your way!  Review the Preliminary Program with your manager to show what you can bring back to your lab by attending!

GRANT APPLICANTS:

• Must be a CURRENT 1-yr, 2-yr, 3-yr, or Lifetime member for 2026 to 2027 to be considered for this grant. Review your membership card under your profile to confirm your card shows: Status: ACTIVE and Expires: 2027 or later or never (lifetime).
• Must be able to obtain time off work to stay a minimum TWO (2) nights in the Marriott East in Indianapolis & attend the full, reduced-rate 3-day Spring 2026 meeting/workshop at the SCACM Spring meeting, April 14-16.
• Each grant is to be used to reimburse the awardee member for the following expenses:
• • Registration fees for the 2026 SCACM Spring Meeting  & workshops
  • SCACM room-block hotel expenses
  • food expenses 
  • mileage to & from the meeting, calculated using the member's address listed in their application
• EXTENDED- BY February 1, 2026, submit your application. 
• BY February 8, 2026, SCACM will select the awardee and notify them by email & text.

GRANT WINNERS:

• BY February 23, 2026, awardees must confirm acceptance of the grant by:
• • registering for the full, member-reduced-rate 3-day Spring 2026 meeting, AND
  • registering for at least 2-nights hotel stay under the SCACM room block- see details in meeting registration program once available
