Registration

• 1-MEMBER REGISTRATION- advanced (before Sept 2, 2024)
  Discounted registration for ACTIVE SCACM Members.
  Must possess an ACTIVE Lifetime, 5-Year, 3-Year, or 1-Year SCACM Membership to obtain this discounted rate.
  If you are not currently an ACTIVE SCACM Member, select the NON-MEMBER registration to purchase a 1-Year SCACM Membership that will expire 12/31/2024 and receive this discounted rate.
• 2-KY Div of Lab Services Sponsored NON-MEMBER REGISTRATION- advanced (before Sept 2, 2024)
  Non Member Registration that includes purchase of a SCACM membership through 2024.
  
  If you are not currently an ACTIVE SCACM Member AND you live or work in Kentucky, select this NON-MEMBER registration to have your 1-Year SCACM Membership that will expire 12/31/2025 sponsored by the state of KY and receive the discounted meeting-attendance rate.
  
  When registering, enter the required code that Leigh Ann Bates sent to your lab. If you do not know that code, email kentucky@scacm.org to obtain that code.

  STUDENT, Non-Member Registration.
  If you are (1) a student of an MLS, MLT, B.S. Biology, B.S. Chemistry, or similar Clinical Microbiology Laboratory program AND (2) NOT currently an ACTIVE SCACM Member, select this STUDENT, NON-MEMBER registration to receive this discounted meeting attendance rate.
• MEMBER REGISTRATION- at door (Sept 3-12, 2024) – $20.00
  LUNCH NOT GUARANTEED: Discounted registration for ACTIVE SCACM Members.
