    • unlimited on-demand sessions via link to downloadable video (mp4) recording*
    2) Answer your Questions for ~10-15 minutes
    • one live session (voice or chat) following the scheduled Zoom live lecture
    • additional questions emailed to the Speaker
    3) Provide Handouts in 1, 2, 3, or 6 page(s) format*

    *Lab education coordinators will access these session materials/links via the SCACM member portal.

    SCACM, along with ASCLS, will provide Continuing Education credit for each attendee:

    Exhibitor Workshop

    $250/hour

    One (1) "workshop" for Spring SCACM Conference.  A "workshop" consists of a Workshop Registration "RSVP Event" within the SCACM member portal where attendees can register, customized email blasts to event registrants, Event Description that includes link to the company's workshop and images of speaker(s).  Each time someone registers, one company representative can receive a copy of the registration to monitor attendance numbers.

    Company Representative is responsible for hosting the conference, for providing details and web address(es) to SCACM so registrants can access live and/or recorded Workshop. These web address(es) and details must include Company's Meeting Link, Recording Link, Passcodes for Live/Virtual interactions, Objectives, whether or not exhibitor will provide PACE credits, Certificates of Attendance, Evaluations, etc. 

    Again, SCACM will provide your links to your registrants through the email blasts and on your Workshop Event Landing page. SCACM will also provide Event web address to Company Representative completing this registration form so company can use for its additional marketing.  If purchase BOTH a Booth AND WORKSHOP, the company's  member portal landing webpage will include ALL links/info to this workshop for member/attendee ease of use.
