SCACM Membership

SCACM Members receive discounted educational-conference rates, opportunity to apply for annual travel grant (up to $1,000 reimbursement for conference registration, hotel & mileage) to SCACM Spring Meeting, periodic newsletters/online posts containing fun, educational material written by MLT, MT, PhD & MD Clinical Microbiologists, and many chances to network with fellow Clinical Microbiologists across the country, throughout the year.

SCACM Membership- Yearly- 1 Year - $20.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: 1 Jan 2027 No automatically recurring payments Annual Member Fee. Membership will expire on January 1st of the following year unless renewal payment received.

SCACM Membership- Yearly- 3 Years - $45.00 (USD) Subscription period: 3 years, on: January 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: 1 Jan 2029 No automatically recurring payments Three (3) Year Member Fee. Membership will expire on January 1st, three (3) years from when payment was received unless renewal payment received.

SCACM Board of Directors

SCACM Board of Directors consists of current SCACM Members who wish to take their SCACM Membership to the next level of networking and contribution to Clinical Microbiology. They work in all levels of the clinical laboratory, as vendors or are retired from these careers. All are passionate about working together as a team to provide cost-effective, clinically-relevant, microbiology education to those in their clinical microbiology communities.

For those who wish to explore our team further, please start by either contacting the current SCACM President to request attendance at an upcoming Board Meeting (see Upcoming Events for details) or by completing our Willingness to Serve Form and one of our current volunteers will be happy to discuss your volunteer interests and available time .
