Login to your Member Portal to qualify for Member Rates. Contact scacm@scacm.org if you need help with your portal login.
Scroll through the list of opportunities (h thru v) and then at the end of these instructions click "Register" to provide us with your contact information and select your specific opportunities.
If you wish to pay by Purchase Order, Invoice, or Check, select "Invoice Me" at the end of your registration.
If you also wish to attend our Workshops on Wednesday, please complete a WORKSHOP Registration form.

SCACM rates for standard rooms that sleep up to 4 guests start at $129. Please note the RESORT FEE is WAIVED. There is a 13.75% state and local tax.
Some rooms that will allow for 2 extra guests to be added at $25 plus tax/person/day.
Limited number of rooms at the same rate for those planning to stay Saturday night.
Group rates available for various styles of rooms. Call the Kalahari for details.
Best rates for various styles of rooms is based on availability and time of reservation. Please register early for the best rate.

NOTE: There is a first night deposit charged to your credit card. Reservations canceled 72 hours or more prior to the date of Arrival receive a refund of the deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the date of arrival forfeit the entire deposit.
