  Non Member Registration that includes purchase of a SCACM membership through the end of the current year.

  If you are (1) a student of an MLS, MLT, B.S. Biology, B.S. Chemistry, or similar Clinical Microbiology Laboratory program AND (2) NOT currently an ACTIVE SCACM Member, select this STUDENT, NON-MEMBER registration to receive this discounted meeting attendance rate.
• 4- MLS/MLT PROGRAM DIRECTOR REGISTRATION- advanced (before Oct 9)
  MLS/MLT PROGRAM DIRECTOR, Non-Member Registration. If you are a Program Director of an MLS or MLT Program in which Clinical Microbiology courses are assigned, select this PROGRAM DIRECTOR registration to receive this discounted meeting attendance rate. If you are unable to select, please email your contact information to scacm@scacm.org to be added to our program director listing.

If you are not currently an ACTIVE SCACM Member AND you live or work in Kentucky, select this NON-MEMBER registration to have your 1-Year SCACM Membership that will expire 12/31/2025 sponsored by the state of KY and receive the discounted meeting-attendance rate. When registering, enter the required code that Leigh Ann Bates sent to your lab. If you do not know that code, email kentucky@scacm.org to obtain that code.
• 6-KY Div of Lab Services Sponsored MEMBER REGISTRATION- advanced
  SCACM Member Registration that includes 1-year renewal of a current SCACM membership. If you are currently a STATUS=ACTIVE SCACM Member AND you live or work in Kentucky, select this MEMBER registration to have your SCACM Membership 1 yr-renewal sponsored by the state of KY and receive the discounted meeting-attendance rate.
